Mayan is the world's leading open source DMS system with over 6 million users.

With our Mayan EDMS Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, we bring the first open source DMS system to the Business Central Cloud. Mayan is used by millions of customers worldwide and enables easy, audit-proof management of your corporate documents.

Functions include: Versioning, digital signature, OCR and searchability, automatic workflows, different document types, LDAP integration and much more.

Mayan can be hosted locally (on-prem) or in the cloud. In itself, Mayan is free for you to use. If you want support from the manufacturer, you can conclude a support contract with Mayan.

For the provision in Business Central App Source and support, we charge 2€ per user per month (free of charge for less than 5 users). Alternatively, our integration can be downloaded free of charge from GitHub.

Modularly built: With HEPTAconnect you opt for a freely expandable system. If parts of the interface change or additional systems are added (e.g. PIM), HEPTAconnect can be expanded at any time. We already have ready-made modules for many systems.

Updates: Dynamics 365 is a cloud system and is subject to regular updates. This gives you the opportunity to always be up to date. At the same time, your interface also needs to be updated regularly. With our enhancement plan you are always up-to-date.

Open Source and A: If you decide to develop your e-commerce system with our solution, you take no risk: Our source code is openly available under the AGPL-3.0 licence on GitHub. This allows other developers to work on your project. We offer a support programme for assistance.

Regardless of the project: HEPTAconnect can be used both on-prem and in the cloud. During development, we have placed great emphasis on compliance with Microsoft Cloud API specifications. This means that API limits are observed and new features are integrated quickly.

BC Project Invoice

Import, manage and invoice times recorded in JIRA and YouTrack in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In agile service companies, employees often work in JIRA or YouTrack. The time recording of the employees (e.g. in JIRA Tempo Timesheets) also takes place in these.

BC Projekt Invoice imports the recorded hours into Business Central and provides editing options, such as formulating comments or billing on a goodwill basis.

All hours that have not been settled are displayed in a simple overview. It is also detected when new times are recorded on tickets that have already been billed.

In the dashboard, you always have an overview of the expected revenues of your company.
